Privacy notice
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This notice explains how Intertrada s.r.o. handles the personal data you send us through the contact form on this website, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data
Intertrada s.r.o.
V Lukách 660, 266 01 Beroun, Czech Republic
Company ID: 17068681 · VAT ID: CZ17068681
Data protection contact: gdpr@intertrada.cz
We are the controller of the personal data described below. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so.
What we collect and why
When you submit the contact form, we process the data you enter: your name, e-mail address, company name (optional) and the content of your message. Our server also records the IP address the message was sent from and the time of sending.
The form data is used solely to read and answer your enquiry, and to send you a confirmation that we received it. The IP address and timestamp are used to protect the form against automated abuse. We do not use any of this data for marketing, and we do not use it to build profiles or make automated decisions.
Legal basis
- Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — given by ticking the box on the form — for processing your enquiry and replying to it. You may withdraw it at any time; see Your rights below.
- Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the website secure and free of automated abuse — for the IP address and timestamp.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the related correspondence for up to 24 months from the last message exchanged, so that we can follow up on the matter and prove what was agreed. Technical anti-spam records are kept for up to 12 months. If your enquiry leads to a contract, the relevant data is retained for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Your data is handled by the following processors acting on our instructions:
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) — delivers the form as e-mail. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosts the server on which this website and the form backend run. Data stays within the EU.
- Webglobe, s.r.o. (Czech Republic) — operates our e-mail service, where your message is delivered and stored.
We may also disclose data where we are required to by law, for example to public authorities exercising their statutory powers.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address in the process.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, and to have processing restricted;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these rights, write to gdpr@intertrada.cz. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic — www.uoou.cz.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we will publish an updated version here and change the date shown at the top.
